Meet Chesley, the owner/creator of Say Cheese GR. Chesley launched this business on April 18th, 2020 on a whim in the middle of the pandemic after being furloughed from her corporate sales job. When she realized how much time corporate America was keeping her from her 3-year-old daughter, she decided that she did not want to return. This came just 2 short months after launching Say Cheese GR, which completely exceeded her expectations. With an extensive history of working in the restaurant industry, Chesley has always had a passion for not only food, but for making food look pretty. While taste is important (and yes these boards are just as good as they look), presentation truly is everything.
When asked what her favorite part of the job is, her response was: "I have been a part of so many important events. Whether it be Christmas morning or a wedding, seeing my boards in the middle of my customer's table is so rewarding…
My boards are a conversation starter and they bring people together. It will never get old, I truly love what I do!"

When you order a board from Say Cheese GR, it is always made fresh the day of your event, and is completely customized to your specific flavor preferences/requests. While creating and delivering boards is the bread and butter of this business, Say Cheese GR also offers in person and virtual workshops (private and public), where Chesley shares her love for food styling, and shares her tips + tricks on how you can create an epic charcuterie board.
